1. Entries will be accepted from 1st February 2011. The last date entries will be accepted is Wednesday 9th March. First race is Sunday 13th March. Entry will cost £5.00. Entries will only be accepted from CMC members and on the Entry Form below. Entries will be accepted in the order received. Payment by cash or cheque. Please do not put cash in the post. Cheques to be made payable to Cheltenham Motor Club. Anyone entering a duplicate selection will be contacted and asked to make a new selection. A maximum of two entries will be accepted from each member. Please take/send entries to Cheltenham Motor Club, Upper Park Street, Cheltenham, Glos. GL52 6SA. 2. Any withdrawal of F1 teams or changes of driver will be discussed with relevant entrants before the start of the F1 season. For driver selections you are actually choosing ‘the seat’. If the driver leaves the team the replacement driver will become your selection. If the driver is not replaced, any points they have scored will go towards your total. If a team withdraws part way through the season any points they have scored will go towards your total points.

3. Points will be awarded to all finishers. Assuming all 24 cars (12 teams) finish a race, 1st will score 24 points down to 1 point for the car that finishes 24th. If 22 cars (11 teams) start, 1st will score 22 etc. Irrespective of how many cars finish, 1st will always get points based on how many teams started the season. Group A drivers’ points will only count if they finish in the first 10. Their finishing points will count for the team selection. Eg Red Bull driver Mark Webber finishes 14th. If you have him he scores 0 ‘driver’ points. For those who have Red Bull as a ‘team’ selection his normal finishing points (11) will count towards the team total.

4. The clubhouse will be open for any of the races where the start of the race is between 12 noon and 8.00pm. Results will be published at the Club and on the Club’s website as soon as possible after the end of the race. A provisional race schedule showing start times and when the Club will be open is overleaf. Send in your entry on the form below and keep this part which has the rules and race dates on.

5. At the end of the season all the money collected from entries will be distributed as prize money. The lowest points scorer will receive a refund of their £5 entry fee and the remainder will be split 1st = 40%, 2nd = 30%, 3rd = 20%, 4th = 10%. A tie will be decided by the number of points scored from the individual Group selections in the order Group A to Group D. The organisers decision is final.
