Charity Requests and Donations
3 Shires Stages Rally and Cheltenham Motor Club always aimed to put something back into the local communities in the form of donations to local councils or groups covered by its stages.
In 2021 the following parishes received a share which totalled £3,025:
Upleadon – Contribution to village footpath upgraded
Berrow Charity Trustees – Community Support Fund
Newent Town Council – Community Support Fund
Corse Parish Council – Community Support Fund
Oxenhall Parish History – Community Support Fund
Wellington Heath Parish Council – New Village Sign
Eldersfield Parish Council – Community Support Fund
Eldersfield PCC – Eldersfield Church Donation
Staunton Parish Council – Community Support Fund

More intiatives to follow with the County Councils - watch this space
Wellington Heath Parish Council - "The existing signs were in urgent need of repair but in fact once taken down it was realised they were beyond repair. I have attached a photo of the new signs which were completed by a local artist and are in keeping with our village aspects. These are now fully completed and back in place on the above approaches. We thank you for your contribution towards the costs of doing this work." - Wellington Heath Parish Council
